Return and Refund policy
At NomadicArt.co.uk, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality Persian handmade rugs. Our return and refund policy complies with UK law while protecting the integrity of our products. Please read the following conditions carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Return
1.1 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.3 The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
1.4 Items that are not eligible for return include:
Custom or personalized rugs
Rugs that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items purchased on sale or clearance.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Customersupport@NomadicArt.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2.2 Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2.3 You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Failure to use a trackable service or insurance may result in non-receipt of the returned item, for which we are not responsible.
3. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Partial Refunds
3.3 Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
The return is initiated after the 14-day period but within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, undamaged, and with all parts intact. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition after 14 days are not eligible for any refund.
4. Exchanges
4.1 We only accept exchanges if the items are not defective and are in the same condition that you received them. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Customersupport@NomadicArt.co.uk.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at Customersupport@NomadicArt.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
5.2 We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the damage or defect. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
6. Legal Compliance
6.1 This return and refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6.2 In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Amendments
7.1 NomadicArt.co.uk reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will be available on our website.
